In my Winter 2024 semester, from the Production Company III Course, I had a chance to collaborate with 3 other classmates to become Sundae Design Studio, combined with diverse design skills, we worked on the rebranding project for the STEP Team from Alberta Children’s Hospital. This rebranding project was a collaborative effort of STEP and the Sundae Team to redefine the visual identity and communication materials, and finalize the acronym for Specialized, Transitional, Education, and Personnel known as the shortcut STEP.

Original Logo to Modernized Logo
STEP TEAM Info card
Originally, I undertook the responsibility for the brochure and assisted with the poster with Jennie. However, after working, and discussing with the client, we noticed that the brochure had the same function as the poster therefore we finalized it with something portable, flexible and easier to access such as the information card with the same size as the atm card. It is small and easy to put in a wallet or ID holder. I prioritized simplicity to ensure the card contained essential contact details while matching our existing marketing collateral and brand standards.
The final card should present a clean and impactful layout which contains enough information, to help the healthcare providers contact STEP easier and quickly.
