Daily Motivation for Self-care Journey
Recently, many people, including me, complained a lot about how unfair life is. However, I feel like life would be getting worse if we kept complaining about it then I find a way to motivate myself and everyone. Instead of just staying there and complaining why don't we work to update myself? That's why I created this mini-poster. I love to inspire people to work harder on themselves and start a self-love journey. I used gradient mesh, and grain in Illustrator to create a vintage vibe, dark blue gives confidence, wisdom, and responsibility, and stars remind people to shine like stars.
Tarot and something you need to know
I was always searching for tarot, so I asked myself why don’t I create an infographic for this topic that I think should be so cool to make? Because I am searching for it, someone will also be looking for it, but the information online might be too long for them, so making an infographic might help. I love the tarot aesthetic on Pinterest. It created a vibe that can be described as a combination of legendary Greek fairy and a little vibe of vintage European. I noticed that in every divination, there would be a dark and ghostly atmosphere so I picked purple to be the main colour of this infographic combined with those colours with the same tone such as pink, blue, and light purple to make them look uniform, and yellow should be the highlight of this infographic. This infographic should be my favourite so far.
"Shadow to Sunlight: Life Goes On"
This poster represents my filmmaking aspirations. One portrays a short film concept where a young girl seeks solace in a foreign land after overcoming hardships at home. The idea came to me while editing a photo with my sister, capturing my envisioned mood. I used a blues tone and dark hues to evoke melancholy yet artistic allure, reflecting the protagonist's emotional journey. Adding grain texture and vintage-inspired fonts like Baskerville Old Face, combined with minimalist Swiss design, ensures the posters convey information while maintaining sophistication.
Intermittent Fasting
A diet method you should know
Over the past several months, my focus has shifted significantly towards prioritizing health and nutrition. Aiming to cultivate a wholesome lifestyle, I delved into extensive research on effective dietary strategies and fitness routines. Along with my exploration, the intermittent diet emerged as a prevalent choice among individuals seeking to uphold both physical and mental well-being.
Recognizing the manifold advantages of this approach, I felt compelled to create an infographic elucidating the essence of intermittent fasting, not only for the benefit of others but also as a personal reminder to adhere to these dietary practices. Opting for a colour scheme comprised of soothing shades of pink, mint, and dark blue, I sought to evoke a sense of comfort and tranquillity, reminiscent of environments associated with healing and self-care, such as hospitals.
The symbolism of a plate intersecting with a clock in the graphic's header serves to symbolize the temporal constraints inherent in intermittent fasting. Employing a minimalist layout throughout, I aimed to convey information concisely, ensuring the infographic remains uncluttered and visually appealing. Upon completion, I couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction in crafting a visually engaging piece that encapsulates the ethos of a health-conscious lifestyle.
" Post-Stroke Recovery Infographic"
A stroke is a medical emergency that requires immediate attention.
Post-stroke recovery is a journey that requires patience, dedication, and support.
As I used to witness and take care of a stroke patient, I understand how painful it is for both patient and their family. therefore, while taking Visual Communication II, I created this infographic that serves as a roadmap to help stroke survivors and their caregivers navigate the path to recovery.
